Zoomin
Unit No 6A, Tikitar Estate Village Road Bhandup West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400078, India
Overview
Zoomin offers a platform that organizes product content from documentation sites, customer service portals, support communities, product applications and chat, using ML/NLP and big-data processing to surface answers in real time. The product is aimed at building self-service experiences for support and related sales/sales-support workflows. The company says its content surfacing can account for as much as 70% of a customer’s web traffic and that it has delivered 60.4 million answers to date (55 million in 2020); answer volume grew 300% last year and its customer base doubled in the same period. Early customers included Dell and McAfee, and Zoomin has expanded into sectors such as fast food (Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes), finance and healthcare. The startup plans to use new funding to continue building product functionality and to double down on new customer segments, and it is exploring different product layouts beyond technical support. Zoomin began operating in 2019 and came out of stealth three months before this round. Zoomin builds an AI-driven platform that organizes and orchestrates product content assets—manuals, guides, and technical documentation—so enterprises can surface relevant answers via natural-language search and in-context widgets. The product personalizes results by learning what users are working with and what they typically search for, and it can deliver help across websites, forums, email, chat, and inside apps. Zoomin primarily targets B2B customer service use cases, powering agent responses and DIY customer support, while the team sees potential consumer-facing applications over time. The company emerged from four years in stealth after signing dozens of large customers and counts Imperva, Dell, Automation Anywhere and McAfee among its users. Zoomin integrates with a range of platforms including Salesforce, Oracle Service Cloud, Zendesk, Jira and SharePoint. The startup was founded in Israel and now operates with its CEO in New York.
