It includes advanced analytics covering every content interaction, producing data-driven insights into user behavior, strategic gaps and opportunities. Those insights help organizations make smarter decisions across product, customer success, support, marketing and sales based on existing content. The company raised $21M in funding and intends to use the proceeds to scale operations throughout the US and EMEA. Zoomin is led by co-founder and CEO Gal Oron and is based in New York City and Tel Aviv, Israel.
