ZopHop Technologies is a Mumbai-based mobile-tech startup offering a one-stop commuter app that displays bus, train and metro timings, nearest Ola/Uber options, cost, journey time and real-time traffic in local languages. The app provides real-time bus estimated arrival times and availability. It is available on Google Play across 15 cities and has been downloaded about 200,000 times since its December launch. The startup employs 15 staffers and plans to augment headcount to launch an iOS app. ZopHop intends to add two more cities by year-end and is focused on expansion in India and overseas, with user acquisition a core 2016 priority. The company was founded by Vinayak Bhavnani and Jiyoung Lee.
