Founded in 2016 by Disha Singh and Pradeep Krishnakumar, Zouk designs and sells handbags, wallets, sling bags, backpacks, travel accessories and other fashion accessories with Indian-inspired aesthetics. The company has pursued an omnichannel strategy, expanding beyond online channels and strengthening its offline presence and distribution network across India. In FY25 Zouk reported revenue of ₹125 crore, a 60.7% year-on-year increase, while recording a loss of ₹19 crore for the period. Zouk has raised about $14.5 million to date, including a $10 million Series B led by Aavishkaar Capital in October 2024 and a $3 million Series A in March 2023. With the planned pre-Series C raise, the company intends to fund expansion, bolster inventory, and scale operations. The brand positions itself as a proudly Indian, vegan fashion label and has built recognition within India's D2C fashion and lifestyle segment.
