Zsquare develops a single-use endoscopic platform centered on its MultiPly Mini 0.45mm fiber endoscope, designed to be ultra-thin, flexible and high-resolution. Its core technology is a unique 0.45mm square fiber that can be bundled to address additional indications and enable features such as higher resolution, 360° angulation, 3D capabilities, extended depth of field and extended field of view. The single-use design aims to improve access to unserved indications, enhance usability and diagnostic quality in common procedures, and eliminate infection risk from contaminated reused endoscopes while reducing healthcare costs. The company is led by CEO and co-founder Asaf Shahmoon. Zsquare intends to use recent financing to further develop the MultiPly Mini and pursue expedited FDA 510(k) clearance.
