Thrixen is a Singapore-based medical technology company developing a multiplex point-of-care diagnostic platform centered on its Thrixen Protein Binder technology. The platform is designed to detect multiple biomarkers simultaneously from non-processed samples, aiming for rapid, cost-effective diagnostics at the point of care. The company says this capability could drastically transform diagnostic processes by bringing essential tests closer to patients and enabling scalable, affordable care. Thrixen announced an oversubscribed $7M funding round to further develop and refine its diagnostic technology platform. The company plans to use the proceeds to advance the Thrixen Protein Binder technology and accelerate product development. 22Health’s involvement is expected to provide accelerated access to the U.S. market, operational know-how, and governance and business development advice.
