  iFunded is an online real estate investment platform that offers pre-vetted on- and off-market real estate investment opportunities to institutional and private investors. The platform enables real estate developers and project owners to raise funds for projects while giving investors access to deals vetted by the company’s real estate expert team. Projects are sourced based on individual investment strategies. The company recently launched a second brand, iestate.de, to implement blockchain technology aimed at making real estate transactions more accessible, transparent and cost efficient. iFunded is led by Founder and CEO Michael Stephan and COO Jan-Oliver Sell and is based in Berlin, Germany. It raised financing in 2018 and intends to use proceeds to grow its institutional investor support department and further integrate blockchain into the platform. iFunded is a Berlin-based real estate crowdinvesting platform that allows private and institutional investors to invest alongside real estate experts directly in chosen real estate projects. Led by founder and CEO Michael Stephan, the platform recently launched and placed its first project, Central Berlin, and has additional projects open to investors. Investors can participate with minimum commitments of €250 and pay no fees; in return they receive interest payments on loans tied to refurbishment and modernization programs. The company received a euro seven-digit investment in a pre-Series A round from Creathor Venture. iFunded said it will use the funds to expand operations and drive user adoption. The platform operates via iFunded.de and targets both private and institutional participants in real estate deals.
