Yiswa is an e-commerce application created by Kuwaiti entrepreneurs that displays a wide range of market products including electronics, tools, and consumer goods. The app uses a per-second descending-price mechanism: listed product prices decrease every second until the offered quantity runs out and customers choose the price at which they wish to buy. The company positions the app as the first in the region with this dynamic pricing model. Yiswa launched six months ago and has gained widespread interest in the country. Financially, the company announced it closed an investment round raising $1.6 million. The round was led by Abyat Mega Store and Al-Dow Capital.
