Since its formation in 2021, Aonic has grown to 12 companies operating globally, including Exmox, OtherSide Entertainment, Megabit Publishing, Red Games Co., TutoTOONS, Gravite and nDreams. OtherSide and Megabit recently combined to announce Thick As Thieves at The Game Awards. Despite a turbulent period for the games industry, the group's revenues increased 73% year-over-year and surpassed €150 million in 2024. The latest €152 million investment will fund further M&A and support ongoing developments across the group.
