Its platform targets 10–15% reductions in heating bills while improving property valuations by lowering operating expenses. Founded in 2020 by Lars Hansson and Christian Engstrand and based in Stockholm, the company currently serves nearly 100 customers, mainly smaller owners and associations, and is moving upmarket. Nrlyze reported almost SEK 8M in revenue in 2024, up from SEK 4M in 2023, and improved its result from minus SEK 1M to approximately SEK 500,000. The company plans to use recent funding to scale its organisation, pursue larger portfolios, build long-term partnerships, and accelerate expansion into new markets.
