    Participated · Series A · Jun 2018

Talentry offers a SaaS social recruitment and marketing platform that powers employee referral and employee advocacy programs, enabling employees to share job openings and corporate content via personalised landing pages. The platform combines social recruitment with content marketing so employees can share company blog posts that include relevant job postings and signal the sharing employee to adapt content for their audience. Talentry says it serves over 150 clients across industries, including Henkel, Swiss Post, Vodafone, Axel Springer, and Universal Music Group. The company has closed €6 million in a Series A round led by Nauta Capital with participation from Rocket Internet’s GFC, Allgeier SE, and a number of angel investors. GFC previously backed Talentry’s €2 million seed round. Talentry will use the new funding to build product features such as a more powerful CRM for tracking recruitment leads, to grow the team, and to expand into international markets including the U.K. and U.S., adding to the German-speaking countries it currently targets. Talentry provides a software solution for digital employee referral programs, enabling employees to recommend qualified contacts via email, social and professional networks, WhatsApp and other channels. The platform uses an intelligent matching algorithm to identify suitable contacts beyond an employee's close network and can fill up to 50 percent of vacancies via referrals. Talentry reports usage by a range of large international clients and ProSiebenSat.1 uses the recruiting software company-wide. As part of the transaction with Allgeier Group, Talentry will receive a significant amount of funds to accelerate market penetration across the DACH region and to further develop its recruiting solution. Integration into Allgeier's Solutions division is intended to improve service, scalability and access to Allgeier's development resources and customer network.
