  KDAN provides AI-driven workflow and data solutions focused on digital document management, eSignature (DottedSign), and data analytics. The company targets enterprise and real-estate workflows and emphasizes AI-enabled automation and analytics to boost operational efficiency. KDAN plans to expand its presence in Japan through a strategic commercial and technical partnership with APAMAN and partners. The partnership includes distribution via APAMAN, SystemSoft Corporation, and Riverfield, and an alliance with the All Japan Real Estate Association to make KDAN’s services broadly available to real-estate professionals. KDAN reported support from over 14 million members worldwide, including 50,000 business members, and says its total funding has exceeded USD 30 million. The company is using the investment to accelerate product innovation, market expansion in Japan, and to progress toward a public capital-market listing. Kdan Mobile builds mobile-first, cloud-based content creation and productivity software, including PDF tools, e-signatures and multimedia editing. Its product suite includes Document AI (OCR, smart tagging, search, and data protection), DottedSign e-signature, Document 365 and Creativity 365. The company offers APIs and SDKs for enterprise integration and follows a B2C2B approach to drive company-level adoption from individual users. Kdan has passed 200 million downloads and has more than 10 million members; over half of users are in the U.S. and Europe, 30% in Asia and 15% in Africa and Australia. Its software is used by more than 40,000 businesses and educational organizations, and DottedSign has over 300,000 users, with signatures processed increasing 30x in the past 18 months. Part of the new funding will be used to develop enterprise products and Document AI capabilities. Kdan Mobile offers a cloud platform (Kdan Cloud) and consumer and enterprise apps including Creativity 365 (animation creator and video editor) and Document 365. The company says its products have been downloaded more than 120 million times and that about 40% of customers are located in the United States; Kdan Cloud counts over 3.5 million members. Founded in 2009 in Tainan City, the company has introduced new subscription plans for businesses and educational organizations to attract enterprise users. Kdan plans to use recent funding for product development — including blockchain-based encryption for documents and real-time collaboration — and to increase user acquisition in the U.S. and China. The company is also exploring greater use of artificial intelligence in its products and seeking partners to expand into markets such as Japan. Kdan has partnerships with GMobi, Adonit and Ningbo design platform LKKER.
