Corintis offers advanced direct-to-chip liquid-cooling solutions that use microfluidic technology and a generative design platform to tailor cooling to individual chips. The system can act as a drop-in replacement for standard cold plates or be integrated directly inside GPUs, delivering up to three-times lower temperatures than traditional cold-plate approaches, as previously validated by Microsoft. This performance enables higher power densities, better energy efficiency, and reduced environmental impact—critical as AI workloads strain conventional data-center designs. Headquartered in Lausanne, the company is expanding its U.S. footprint with a new Washington office and scaling global manufacturing of its cooling hardware. Recently signed agreements with multiple large technology firms underscore rising commercial interest. The new capital will accelerate global expansion, mass-manufacturing, and customer rollouts. Corintis has raised $58 million to date, giving it resources to push its technology into mainstream data-center deployments.
