Guanya Education Group is a children’s English education company headquartered in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It provides English language programs for children aged three to fifteen. The company operates twenty-seven branded schools across six cities in northeast China, including Shenyang, Dalian, Anshan, Jinzhou, Fushun and Yinkou. Guanya has completed its first funding round, raising over US$4m. According to CEO Sam Hu, the capital will be used to add corporate governance, strengthen operations, and bring in international expertise. The funds are also intended to accelerate the company’s expansion in its core markets.
