  Flavocure has developed a pipeline of oncology research focused on non-cannabinoid flavonoid derivatives from cannabis, with two patent-pending therapeutic molecules directed at AML, pancreatic cancer, and glioblastoma. Its lead molecule, Cresorol, has received FDA orphan-drug designation for Acute Myeloid Leukemia and is expected to proceed to Phase 1 following planned short-term toxicology studies. The company reports preliminary data indicating activity against therapeutically validated kinase mutation targets and is collaborating with several prestigious cancer research institutions. As part of a strategic collaboration with Atlas, Flavocure will participate in a breeding and genetics program to isolate additional flavonoids and identify further cannabinoids for drug research and potential supply. The company expects to undertake a new equity financing and to receive research grant funding in 2019 to accelerate its research programs. Atlas holds a 20% interest and one seat on Flavocure’s initial seven-member board.
