The five-year-old, California-based company offers jelli.studio, an interactive collaboration platform that combines Slack- and Trello-like workflows for designers, buyers and merchandisers. Its collaboration tools let stakeholders share work and leave comments, shrinking collection development from two-to-three months to just a few weeks. On top of the collaboration layer, Jellibeans provides three analytical features: trend forecasting that aggregates retail, social and other data; a benchmarking tool using AI and historical data; and generative AI intended to assist designers rather than replace originality. The startup maintains an evolving database of over 10 million fashion retail products to power benchmarking and plagiarism checks and uses a Stable Diffusion-based tool to tweak designs. Jellibeans has strong appeal to up-and-coming designers and TikTok influencers and is also pursuing larger enterprise clients. Its investor Aussco is both a user and strategic backer, underscoring interest from established apparel suppliers.
