Journey is a UK-based hospitality technology firm that builds e-commerce web experiences for luxury hotels to drive guest acquisition, online conversion, and direct bookings. Founded in 2010, the company counts over 400 luxury hotel customers worldwide, including Claridge’s, Beaverbrook, The Landmark London and Chewton Glen. Journey’s platform supports digital marketing and booking flows for hoteliers and aims to deliver guest experiences "any way you want it." The startup reported annual software revenue growth of 151% over the past year. It has raised a €5.8 million investment from Averroes Capital to fund continued product development and further marketplace expansion. CEO Simon Bullingham said the funding will help achieve long-term growth and address key e-commerce challenges within hotels.
