Founded in 2022, Newron runs six schools across 10 campuses in six Indian cities, serving more than 11,000 students with a staff of over 1,500. The company delivers a proprietary K–12 curriculum and deploys an in-house ERP platform that replaces traditional school administration processes. Its integrated model spans academics, boarding facilities, advanced sports programs and comprehensive student services. Newron’s immediate focus is to scale internationally, rolling out its model in phased launches across new regions while establishing cross-border compliance and regulatory frameworks. The firm will also invest in upgrading its technology platform to enable centralized oversight of global operations. Longer term, management aims to prove that an Indian school operator can achieve significant global scale, replicating its blended education and technology approach abroad.
