Overview
In 2022, Azuki set out to create a decentralized anime brand, where the community can co-create and contribute to the IP and stories we tell, forging a new model of community-driven entertainment. The Azuki community, through its creation of 100 subcommunities, a vast collection of fan and commissioned art, multiple community-led events around the world, and much more, has emphatically shown that it's possible to birth a new IP that originates from web3 in the fast world of anime. From creating the largest decentralized anime IP, to enriching the anime fandom experience with groundbreaking products, Azuki’s mission is to build the future of anime by harnessing the power of community and blockchain technology.

Sekai provides an AI-powered platform that translates plain-language prompts into functional, interactive mini-apps, enabling users to create games, utilities, and social tools in seconds. Its product features a social feed where users can share, remix, and engage with each other’s apps, borrowing viral mechanics similar to TikTok’s remixing. Within two months of launching its creation tools the platform hosted nearly 1 million mini-apps, with roughly half a million apps generated per month. Sekai uses AI coding agents to convert descriptions like “make a quiz about 90s movies” into working applications. The company targets consumer creators rather than enterprise product teams and is positioning itself to lower the barrier to interactive app creation. Following the Series A, Sekai plans to expand its AI creation platform and grow engagement on the network.
