Lebby Snacks produces healthier snack alternatives rooted in Turkish and Mediterranean traditions, specializing in leblebi and various nut products such as chocolate-covered leblebi and chocolate-covered Antep pistachios. Its products are already sold through multiple U.S. channels including ShopRite, Giant, Albertsons, Wawa, AAFES military retail, and the online marketplace Thrive Market. The company is pursuing national retail listings with major chains and has a distribution push in the U.S. Northeast through a New York-based distributor agreement. Lebby aims to expand its retail footprint to 3,000 sales points by the end of 2026 and is using recent investment to accelerate that plan. Earlier financing came from a U.S. venture fund and several individual investors who backed the company in prior stages. The recent strategic investment from Balsu Gıda also establishes a corporate partnership intended to support Lebby's U.S. growth.
