  WIMWIsure operates an AI- and ML-driven video inspection platform that automates real-time inspection of insurable assets using photos and videos submitted by policy buyers. The company conducted over 200,000 virtual inspections of passenger and commercial vehicles in FY2020-21 and has completed more than 350,000 inspections to date. In 2020-21 the platform processed over 2.5 million photos and videos for motor inspection. WIMWIsure reports that operations turned profitable in the last financial year and that its technology can reduce insurer costs related to administration, distribution, policy issuance and claims by up to 70%. The service has seen demand across tier-II and tier-III cities, luxury and mid-range vehicle segments, and commercial fleets, and the company partners with over 10 general insurers, 15+ direct brokers and 20,000+ intermediaries. WIMWIsure says it is building additional automated claims servicing and management tools for India and similar Asian markets.
