Sepura Home, led by co-founder and CEO Victor Nicolov, develops an under-sink sustainable food waste separation device as an alternative to garbage disposals. The device collects solid matter in a sealed, odorless container while allowing liquids to flow down the drain. Sepura uses proprietary technology to divert sink food waste from landfills and drain systems into curbside compost receptacles or yard composting. Sepura is a Victoria, BC firm that produces an under-sink appliance designed to replace a garbage disposal and collect food waste for composting.
