Moxie offers an integrated platform that combines EMR functionality with financial reporting, inventory management, and an AI assistant called “Maia.” Its software is purpose-built for medical spas and aesthetic clinics, giving independent providers the operational rigor typically found in large private-equity-backed chains. In March 2026 the company introduced “Scale Suite,” a new module that adds multi-provider infrastructure, margin intelligence, and AI-driven compliance alerts. Moxie’s system currently supports more than 700 aesthetic practices across the United States. The platform aims to streamline clinical workflows, enhance compliance, and improve financial performance for small-to-mid-sized practices. Management plans to deploy fresh capital to accelerate product rollout and further expand its AI capabilities. The company is headquartered in New York City and led by CEO Kamau Massey.
