Rallyhood provides a web and mobile app that centralizes communication, coordination, and sharing to reduce communication clutter for groups and organizations of all sizes. The platform targets large organizational users and smaller communities alike, with partnerships and customers including Dell Children’s Medical Center, the LiveStrong Foundation, Komen Austin, and Girl Scout councils. Rallyhood says it has experienced organic growth among schools, fitness groups, small businesses, hobby groups, and committees. Leadership plans to use new financing to grow user counts, expand partnerships with schools, scouts, healthcare providers and non-profits, and improve product usability. Patti Rogers founded the company in 2010 after a personal experience inspired the need for better community organization, and she serves as CEO. Since inception the company has raised $3.95 million in total. Rallyhood provides a web and mobile app that lets any group or individual start a free site with tools for calendars, files, messages, photos, sign-ups and money collection. The product is positioned to centralize social and productivity features for groups across work, volunteer, and personal life. Beta testing produced 7,500 active users across 2,000 Rally‑Sites, and notable organizational users include the Girl Scouts of Central Texas, Komen Austin, Austin Habitat for Humanity, and YMCA of Austin. The company plans to use new capital to execute a customer acquisition strategy and advance its product vision to make users' lives easier and group experiences better. Rallyhood will also hire seven new positions across marketing, operations, and product development and move into an incubator space at 8th and Congress. Founded in 2010 and based in Austin, Texas, the cloud-based app previously raised $750,000 in angel funding used to develop the product and run beta testing.
