The United Green is a national staffing agency that provides contract and direct-hire services across the cannabis and hemp production supply chain, including grow facilities, transport, extraction, testing, manufacturing and provisioning. Founded in 2018 and Michigan-based, the company connects top industry talent to support growers, producers and retail operations nationwide and links clients to manufacturing partners and farms. United Green recently became the first company to earn upLVL certification in the staffing segment for the cannabis market. The business already serves companies coast-to-coast and is focusing expansion on states that have recently legalized marijuana, where cultivation and staffing needs are ramping up. The company says demand is growing in the Midwest and East Coast as operations start and scale. A $2 million strategic investment from CapStone Holdings will support continued operational expansion into additional states.
