Arrived operates an online marketplace that fractionalizes single-family rental properties so that anyone can invest with as little as $100. The company has now launched a Secondary Market that matches buy and sell orders between users, giving real estate shares stock-market-style liquidity and flexibility. More than 850,000 investors have joined the platform and collectively deployed over $300 million into 550+ homes across 65 U.S. cities. In just the first three weeks of the Secondary Market, investors placed more than 57,000 orders, indicating strong early demand for trading functionality. Arrived’s peer-to-peer system allows users to capture appreciation, rebalance portfolios, and exit positions within minutes, eliminating the months-long timelines of traditional real-estate transactions. Backers include Neo, Forerunner Ventures, Bezos Expeditions, Core, Marc Benioff, Spencer Rascoff, and Dara Khosrowshahi. The company has now raised more than $60 million in total funding. Arrived aims to make real estate investing feel as seamless as buying public equities.
