Wujie Space operates office-sharing and coworking spaces offering seats and ancillary services to startups and teams. Founded in 2015, it expanded via an early‑2017 acquisition of joint‑office company Fourwork and thereafter owned 13 spaces across Beijing and Tianjin totaling about 30,000 square meters and more than 5,000 seats. More than 300 startups or teams have settled in its spaces. In Beijing it runs eight spaces with monthly seat prices of 1,650 or 1,850 yuan that include amenities such as living rooms, game rooms, meditation rooms, a book cabinet and a gym, plus services like training, public relations, headhunting and financial services. The company plans to construct more advanced offices and to launch a mobile office project called W-Studio, which will let customers select and order from over 100 customized "intelligent living rooms" in Beijing through a W-Studio app. Wujie also announced cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences on commercialization, technology transfer, regional collaboration and project incubation.
