The platform offers features such as WhatsApp rent alerts, a ‘trip mode’ that estimates travel time from a given address, and is preparing a mobile app with a voice assistant and map-based interface. Roomix also plans a B2B offering for real estate agencies that provides AI tools to optimize listings and improve algorithmic performance; about 600 agencies expressed interest after the announcement. The company reports roughly 380,000 monthly visits and aims to reach one million by year end. The team of five is based in Buenos Aires and is pursuing regional expansion with initial focus on Uruguay and Mexico.
