The company has used a customized version of Comarch Loyalty Management software for the past two years and its platform is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and integrated with card‑linked services from the three leading international payment card networks. Thanks Again plans to use the investment proceeds to enhance its CRM+Loyalty services across North America, Latin America and other key global markets and to accelerate global expansion in enrolled members and airport clients. Near‑term product plans include an upgraded smartphone app (planned for Q4 2015) and new mobile features for travelers and airport executives such as easier enrollment, Facebook integration, new redemption options, real‑time payment with rewards, and expanded passenger engagement tools.
