Sencare’s core product is a cloud-based operations platform that centralizes planning, coordination, monitoring and communication for home-care providers, cooperatives, pharmacies and healthcare organizations. The platform enables professionals to consult activity plans, geolocate and certify domiciliary visits, update visit information in real time and use a secure, traceable communication system in place of informal channels. In deployed projects Sencare reports reductions of up to 40% in planning time and up to 65% in administrative errors, enabling organizations to recover as much as nine man-days per month through data use and automation. The company emphasizes automation of workflows and optimization of travel to free professionals for more direct patient care while improving data privacy and compliance. Sencare has developed strategic territorial partnerships, is a participant in Zambon’s OpenZone and already maintains a presence in Switzerland. Its financial runway has been strengthened by total fundraising to date of €1 million, with plans to raise at least a further €2 million to scale the approach beyond current operations.
