VOC Automotive operates a network of two-wheeler service outlets and a franchise model delivering general and major servicing, painting, denting and specialized coatings at about 30% lower charges than typical service centers. The company offers an extended warranty program (six months for engine oil replacement and two years for other major services) for vehicles made from 2015 onwards. Digital products include the VOC Smart Rider app for doorstep or center bookings and the VOC Smart Dealer app that aggregates hyperlocal service centers. VOC reports sustained revenue growth: INR 2 crore in FY‑22, INR 2.7 crore in FY‑23 and INR 10 crore in FY‑24, and says it is continuously profitable. Management targets aggressive expansion to 300 outlets nationwide and aims for INR 100 crore revenue by FY‑25. Planned initiatives include strategic collaborations with insurance firms, EV companies, petroleum companies and OEMs, onboarding 10,000 Smart Rider customers this financial year, and launching a pre-owned two‑wheeler vertical.
