Livvwork is a Rotterdam-based digital company assistant that uses AI to encourage employees to meet in person and manage hybrid work schedules. Its assistant knows employees' schedules and hybrid work preferences, facilitating visibility into where colleagues are working and offering a proactive smart scheduler for internal meetings. The product integrates with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 and is available as Slack and Teams apps; it also connects with HR, administration, and desk-booking software. In April 2023 Livvwork raised €750,000 in a funding round from Creative Capital Studio and an informal group of investors. The company says it will use the funding to accelerate development and rollout of its solution. Livvwork positions its product as a tool to preserve knowledge transfer, social cohesion, innovation, and employee well‑being in hybrid work environments.
