  Greyloft provides a platform for home rentals and sales while generating leads and business for affiliated licensed real estate agents. The company pairs a consumer-facing marketplace with a CRM and backend systems that manage multiple deals, transitions between colleagues, paperwork, and client requests. Its model keeps agents under Greyloft’s roof and incentivizes them to prioritise customers rather than purely maximising commissions. The startup was founded last year by ex-bankers Siddhesh Narayanan (CEO) and Archit Agarwal (CTO). Greyloft outsources technology work to India and operates a customer service team in the Philippines. With new funding, it plans to expand customer acquisition, create a dedicated sales team in Singapore, and potentially explore overseas expansion.
