  Jendaya operates a luxury e-commerce marketplace that showcases African and global designer apparel, footwear, beauty and home decor, with an emphasis on slow fashion, artisan craft and made-to-order goods. The platform hosts brand-led editorial content (Jendaya Editorial) and runs a creative-services arm (Jendaya Labs) serving fashion clients. Since launching in December 2021 the startup has onboarded about 70 brands via an invite-only pilot and partners with DHL to ship items from Africa, Asia, the U.K., the U.S. and Europe. To date Jendaya has processed roughly 300 orders, with an average order value of about $350, and its B2B offerings have generated around $100,000 in revenue. The founding team is split across London, New York and Lagos and includes CEO Ayotunde Rufai, COO Kemi Adetu, CCO Teni Sagoe and CSO David Elikwu. The company plans to scale its roster (aiming to double brands this year) and broaden its luxury offering to grow traction in the U.K., Nigeria, Ghana and the U.S.
