- Zero-Error Systems
Participated · Series A · Jun 2023
Zero-Error Systems develops patented radiation-hardened semiconductor integrated circuits designed for space and energy management applications, addressing radiation-induced failures in satellite and other radiation-exposed electronics. The company’s power management solutions were initially designed for space applications such as battery or solar power and could also be used for consumer electronics and industrial uses like smartphones, wearables and IoT. ZES targets satellite subsystems, rovers, space electronics manufacturers, and earth applications exposed to radiation, including nuclear reactors, aviation and un-crewed drones. Three Japanese satellites and one European satellite operator already use ZES’ technology. The startup was spun off from Nanyang Technological University in 2019, which has over 15 years of research on radiation-hardened integrated circuits and efficient power management designs. ZES has a team of 10 people and plans to use new capital to support R&D in Singapore, grow its team and increase global customers.
