Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF) is a U.S. professional women's volleyball league that completed its second season in May with eight teams. The league drew more than 430,000 spectators across 116 matches this season; champion Orlando Valkyries won the title. Omaha Supernovas, which will be part of the new combined league, posted the highest per‑game average attendance (10,925) and a peak crowd of 13,486 in an early‑season game. PVF is merging with Major League Volleyball (MLV) and the combined entity will operate under the MLV name starting in 2026. The new league plans to begin with 10 teams in 2026, expand to 12 in 2027 (adding Washington, D.C. and Northern California), and target 16 teams by 2028, with teams owned independently in their local markets. Bank of America served as financial adviser to PVF during the transaction and will lead future expansion efforts.
