Distrito Ventures is a brazilian Venture Capital focused on early and seed stage tech startups. Our 2 tech campuses in São Paulo host more than 50 startups and 120 entrepreneurs. In addition to financial investment, we work closely with the teams to refine the strategy and search for the ideal business model. We allocate networking, strategic and execution resources to the invested startups, increasing the success rate and scalability of companies in our portfolio.

Atta is a proptech that applies AI to streamline real-estate transactions and to ease access to mortgage and rental-guarantee credit. The platform is already partnered with large real-estate agencies, banks and incorporadoras. Atta says it reduces intermediaries, cuts the time to issue contracts and can help anticipate cash flow for sellers. Historically focused on B2B process optimization, the company is preparing to scale and expand into B2C. Following the recent financing round, Atta intends to invest in technology, marketing and workforce training. The company positions itself as the largest independent proptech (not bank‑linked) in the market after the round.
