Kubera Health provides an AI-native platform that converts a customer's payor-provider contracts, amendments, fee schedules, and policies into structured rules that run continuously against claims and payment data. Its product suite includes Contract Intelligence and a Contract Modeler for organizing documents, tracking deadlines, benchmarking terms, and modeling contractual changes against historical claims, plus Payment Auditing and Policy Intelligence to surface discrepancies and bring payor coverage rules into the same system. The company primarily targets mid-to-large health systems with complex managed care operations and says every customer to date has expanded their engagement, with Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center cited as a user. Founder and CEO Roja Garimella launched the company from experience at Humana and Commonwealth Care Alliance. Following a $6.5 million seed round led by Upfront Ventures, Kubera plans to invest the proceeds in product, engineering, go-to-market, expanding into value-based care contract structures, and building a payment recovery layer.
