FourthRev creates online Career Accelerator programmes that combine university curricula, technical training and employer partnerships to prepare learners for digital roles. Its inaugural Career Accelerator in Data Analytics is a six‑month programme developed with LSE’s Departments of Statistics and Methodology and incorporates real‑world projects. FourthRev partners with globally recognised universities (including LSE and now King’s College London), technology partners such as Tableau and GitHub, and employers including Thoughtworks and Robert Walters. The company emphasizes balancing technical skills with human skills through career coaching and data‑driven employer matching. The new capital will be used to develop additional Career Accelerators focused on areas with acute digital skills shortages such as cybersecurity, AI, analytics, UI and project management. As a remote‑first, global company, FourthRev plans to double headcount and expand operations in the UK, Australia, South Africa and North America. Financially, the company has announced an $8M Series A to support these product and geographic expansions. FourthRev designs online, work-integrated learning experiences that bridge universities and employers to create direct pathways to qualifications and employment in the digital economy. The company partners with major tech firms including AWS, GitHub and Tableau and offers courses via 11 higher-education providers such as University of Coventry, FutureLearn, RMIT, University of Canberra and UC Irvine. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in London, FourthRev collaborates with higher-education partners to deliver industry-aligned curricula. It intends to use the new funding for rapid expansion and is in discussion with nearly 20 organisations. The company plans to double the number of higher-education partners it works with over the next 12–18 months. FourthRev emphasizes work-integrated learning as a solution to the growing digital-skills gap.
