The company is Dublin-based and counts 70 customers, including ANZ, PNC, National Australia Bank, UBS Asset Management and Royal Bank of Canada. Fenergo reported revenue growth of 21 percent this year. It raised $80 million in the current financing at a post-money valuation of around $800 million, and has raised around $155 million to date. The new funding will be used to continue building products and to pursue acquisitions as part of ongoing consolidation in fintech. Fenergo is a Dublin-based provider of Client Lifecycle Management software solutions for investment banks, capital markets firms and private banks. Led by CEO Marc Murphy, it offers an enterprise platform to manage end-to-end regulatory onboarding, client and counterparty data, and regulatory compliance. The company serves a worldwide base of financial customers including Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal, State Street, SunTrust, Barclays and Royal Bank of Canada. Fenergo has expanded globally with offices in London, New York, Boston, Sydney and Wroclaw. The company received a $75 million investment from Insight Venture Partners. It plans to use the funds to expand R&D, grow its global presence and develop a partner ecosystem, including establishing Fenergo University and a Consulting Accreditation Program.
