The company intends to use new capital mostly for acquisitions and to expand its cloud managed services footprint. Bespin Global will form a joint venture with e& Enterprise to serve customers in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. As part of its roadmap, Bespin will collaborate with SK Telecom, SK C&C, and SK Infosec to develop a 5G cloud-integrated and multi-hybrid management platform based on OpsNow. Financially, the company has raised a total of $177M to date, including a $75M Series C, a $90M Series B and a $14M Series A. Bespin Global provides enterprise cloud management solutions through professional services, managed services, and its OpsNow SaaS product. The company helps customers migrate legacy IT to cloud IT, optimize cloud operations, and manage multi-cloud environments. Its Professional Services group offers cloud architecture, migration, and strategy consulting, while its Managed Services group provides 24×7 monitoring, triage, and ongoing optimization. OpsNow automates cloud IT operations and cost management across multiple cloud platforms. Led by CEO and co-founder Hanjoo Lee, Bespin Global employs over 300 staff and has served more than 190 corporate and government clients since its founding in October 2015.
