ThirdEye Systems develops electro-optical recognition and AI-driven counter-drone systems deployed on fixed installations, tactical vehicles, and aerial platforms to deliver real-time detection, identification, and tracking of aerial threats. Its technology focuses on optical recognition algorithms and counter-UAS capabilities used for situational awareness and target acquisition. Under the recent transaction, ThirdEye will retain a 49% stake in a U.S. joint venture with EagleNXT and receive a $10 million strategic investment. The JV will leverage EagleNXT’s U.S. manufacturing, integration, and testing infrastructure to localize production and accelerate time to market. The companies intend the partnership to ensure compliance with U.S. acquisition and export rules and to expand delivery of counter-drone systems across the U.S. and Canadian markets, with operations expected to begin by May 2026.
