Rentamus is a rental platform for products, services and spaces and a social network for renting and lending. It provides rental companies with marketing tools to add distribution channels at no additional expense. The company was founded by David Martinez and is based in Barcelona, Spain. Rentamus closed a €300K seed funding round backed by business angels from Eix Technova and Business in Fact. The funds will be used to expand operations into several Latin American countries. By the end of 2013 the company plans to have more than 900 rental companies advertising on the site with approximately 120,000 items in stock across several categories.
