Plenitude combines renewable power production, energy sales and customer solutions, and an EV charging network. The company produces electricity from roughly 3 GW of renewable capacity and sells energy and energy solutions to about 10 million European clients. It also operates an extensive network of almost 20,000 electric vehicle charging points and is active in over 15 countries. By 2026 Plenitude aims to reach 11 million clients, more than 7 GW of installed renewable capacity, and over 30,000 installed EV charging points. The company recently completed a major capital transaction that materially strengthened its financial position. Management says the transaction crystallizes the value of the business, strengthens its financial structure, and provides momentum for growth toward the energy transition.
