Estapar is a São Paulo–based parking infrastructure and services operator founded in 1981 and led by CEO Andre Lasi. The company manages over 1,000 parking lots across 75 municipalities and 17 states, with more than 360,000 parking spaces and serving 15 million vehicles monthly. In the off-street segment it is a concessionaire in 19 cities managing 30,000 parking spots and employs over 8,500 people. Estapar is backed by investors including BTG Pactual, Bozano Investimentos and Templeton Emerging Markets. The company plans to use new capital to broaden its portfolio into airport and arena parking, concessions and private long‑term contracts. The firm reported this operational scale in connection with a planned R$400m investment by Equity International.

SAMHI is a newly formed hospitality property company headquartered in Gurgaon focused on the development, acquisition and ownership of select-service, business-class hotels across India. The company has commenced development of properties in Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon that will comprise four hotels and 630 keys branded with Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott and Hyatt Place. It has a pipeline of opportunities in other top Indian markets including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata. SAMHI recently created a joint venture with Marriott International to develop Marriott-branded properties across the Indian subcontinent and is working with other hotel operators and brands on a selective basis. The company was founded by Ashish Jakhanwala, Manav Thadani and Steve Rushmore and is co-sponsored by GTI Capital Group. Its board will include representatives from Equity International and GTI alongside SAMHI principals.

GuardeAqui, founded in 2006 and based in São Paulo, is Brazil’s first and leading self-storage operating company serving both commercial and residential tenants. The company owns and operates three facilities in Lapa, Liberdade and Santo Amaro with approximately 23,000 square meters (about 248,000 sq ft) of leasable space. GuardeAqui has effectively established the self-storage industry in Brazil and is the dominant national owner/operator with a robust development pipeline and first-mover advantage. Its facilities are built to international standards, featuring security, drive-through access, loading docks, information systems and customer support. The company plans to open new locations throughout Brazil and aims to create a national platform. Given the nascent state of the Brazilian self-storage sector (roughly 50 facilities nationwide), GuardeAqui is positioned for accelerated growth.
