Kolleno provides a single platform that automates B2B credit control and collections for SMEs, handling cash reconciliation, prioritizing workflows, and tailoring collection strategies via AI and machine-learning. The platform uses omnichannel, in-app communications (email, SMS, call) and a payments portal accessible directly from customer messages. Kolleno offers an Open API and integrations with ERP and accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Clio to fit into customers' existing stacks. Its dashboard delivers data insights and credit analysis to help mitigate risk and reduce bad debts. Since launch, Kolleno has processed over 170,000 invoices and acquired customers across Europe, the UK, the US, Canada, and South Africa in less than 18 months of operation. The company plans to use new funding to scale up capabilities and expand its offerings.
