Tokeny Solutions provides an institutional-grade, modular end-to-end platform to issue, manage and transfer tokenized securities (equities, debt-like instruments, funds) on public blockchains. Its T-REX protocol integrates compliance obligations into digital-asset smart contracts to create tokens that are compliant by design. The platform supports issuance, transfer and servicing throughout an asset's lifecycle and the company has delivered multiple tokenized offerings across five continents, with further security offerings imminent. Launched in 2017 and based in Luxembourg, Tokeny targets mid-cap companies, asset managers, investment banks and distributors seeking to digitize financial assets and streamline administration. The firm was selected as 2019 Startup of the Year at KPMG’s FinTech Awards Luxembourg. Financially, Euronext subscribed the entire €5 million capital increase, taking a 23.5% stake and securing strong governance representation.

Algomi provides a bond information network and software that harnesses relationships between salespeople, traders and clients to increase opportunities and velocity in large and illiquid voice trades. The platform is designed to turn fragmented fixed-income data into trade opportunities while preserving a client-to-dealer market structure. Algomi was founded in 2012 and is backed by investors including Lakestar and a panel of strategic advisors. The company has about 140 employees with offices in New York, London and Hong Kong. Recent strategic activity includes a partnership and global joint venture with Euronext to expand access to Algomi’s network and deliver holistic market access. As part of that partnership, Euronext is extending a licence to Algomi’s data and technology and working with Algomi to broaden market reach, including plans for an ATS in North America and discussions in APAC.
