omniX Labs delivers vehicle analytics via a B2B SaaS platform that synthesizes interactions captured by on-location camera systems to provide actionable insights for businesses serving consumers in and around their vehicles, including car washes, quick-serve restaurant and retail drive-thrus, and oil & lube shops. The company has focused initially on the car wash industry and reports more than 1,200 subscribing locations across the U.S. Its platform is designed to help customers better understand, target and upsell customers, predict future sales and demand patterns, reduce fraud, and improve operational efficiencies. In July 2021 omniX announced an oversubscribed $2.9 million seed funding round to accelerate expansion and technology development. The company said the capital will be used to scale its product and expand its presence beyond initial verticals.
