Hypercar Performance is developing the Street Fighter, a modular, lightweight all-wheel-drive hybrid track vehicle that produces over 800 horsepower and more than 600 lb.-ft of torque. The vehicle pairs a one-liter turbocharged internal combustion engine with an advanced lithium-cell electric system that delivers 560 horsepower from a compact proprietary electric drivetrain weighing 340 pounds and capable of sustaining up to 20 minutes of track driving. The Street Fighter is priced below $200,000 and includes advanced features such as immersion-cooled cells and dynamic self-charging on the fly; it has been tested in a Porsche 911 chassis. Manufacturing is planned at a purpose-built 157,000-square-foot facility in Mooresville, North Carolina, with an initial production run of 50 vehicles and a vertically integrated domestic supply chain. Hypercar targets a global network of more than 70 private racetrack clubs and anticipates revenue from vehicle sales, customization options, and aftermarket enhancements. The company is led by founder John Silseth and Chairman Tim Adams, and is currently pursuing a $5 million early-stage capital raise to fund development and production launch activities.
