    Lemonade Lab develops wearable sensors paired with a cloud-based platform that analyzes sensor data and gives wearers performance feedback during training. Its current sensors are designed to be worn on the wrist or attached to bicycle handlebars. The company plans to target professional cyclists and runners with its first products before expanding into the consumer market to compete with Fitbit, Misfit, Jawbone and Garmin. Devices are slated to launch in the U.S., Japan, France, and Taiwan later this year, with retail prices projected between $500 and $800. Lemonade Lab is based in Boston and Tokyo and, following the latest financing, has raised $10.3 million to date.
